2. Refund Policy:

   • Pre-orders for the 2025 planner are final and non-refundable. However, if you decide not to use the free 2024 planner, you may request a full refund for your 2025 planner within 14 days of receiving the 2024 planner. To qualify for a refund, the 2024 planner must be returned unused and in original condition.

3. Shipping & Packing Details:

   • Please note that shipping charges will apply for both the initial shipment of the free 2024 planner and the subsequent shipment of the 2025 planner. These charges reflect the costs associated with two separate shipments and will be included in your total at checkout. For the UK Shipping and packing is £5.50 per planner

4. Use of Products:

   • Should you choose to keep and use your 2024 planner, please be aware that the 2025 planner remains non-refundable after the 14-day refund period has expired.
