Sunday  8th January

Planning for the week on a Sunday night can be a helpful way to set yourself up for success in the coming days. It's a good idea to take a look at your schedule for the week and see what tasks and appointments you have coming up.

You can list your main goals for the week and  also make a to-do list of things you need to accomplish, and prioritize the items on the list.

It's also helpful to think about any potential challenges or obstacles you may face during the week, and come up with strategies to overcome them.

By taking the time to plan and prepare on Sunday night, you can hit the ground running  on Monday  and start your week off feeling organized and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

Have a great week

Wednesday 04th January

Taking 5 or 10 minutes every afternoon or evening to plan for the following day is such a great habit to get into.

It's such a good way of getting ahead of the game and allows you to start your day with a clear focus and direction. When you take the time to organize your tasks and priorities, you are better able to manage your time and avoid feeling overwhelmed. It also helps you to be more productive and achieve your goals more efficiently. By planning your day in advance, you can also reduce stress and feel more in control of your life.

Also your subconscious starts working on finding solutions while you are sleeping which gives you even more of a head start.

Overall, taking the time to plan your day the night before can help you to be more organized, productive, and focused.

If you are not already doing this make sure you add this to your habit tracker and incorporate into your daily habits.

Monday 02 January

First things first!

Let's write a list.

It's nearly time to say goodbye to the holiday season and hello to an exciting new year! While the rush of preparing for festivities may be over, it's natural to feel overwhelmed with new goals and intentions for the new year. But don't worry, there are steps you can take to start feeling powerful and in control.

The most effective way to get organized and stay on track is to make a list of everything you need to do so you can start your work with all your personal bits and pieces in order. This will give you an instant relief from any feelings of stress and overwhelm. By focusing on the most important tasks first, you'll be able to tackle everything on your list with confidence and ease.

So let's get started! Let's make this new year a successful and productive one.

Sunday 1 January

We hope you have had a wonderful holiday season. As the new year begins, we wanted to share our excitement about setting and achieving goals for 2023 and  take a moment to wish you all a very happy, successful and healthy 2023!

There's something about the start of a new year that inspires us to dream big and set our sights on the things we want to accomplish. Whether it's a personal goal, a business milestone, or something else entirely, we believe that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.

We are also excited to introduce this new app that is designed to support you with the use of your planner.  We believe that it will be a valuable tool in helping you to be more productive by pushing gentle reminders about planning and goal setting as well as some words of wisdom and encouragement along the way.

We are here to support and encourage you as you work towards your goals this year.

Let's make 2023 a year to remember! Here's to setting and reaching our goals, one day at a time.

Wishing you an abundance of good health, happiness and success in 2023.

Happy Planning

The New 2022 Digital Planner

The New 2022 Digital Planner

We are so excited because we have at last launched our fully interactive 2022 digital business Planner

We love our paper planners here. Personally, we love the feeling of pen gliding over the fresh new paper pages and so it seems, do the majority of our customers. However, we have also had emails and messages from many disappointed that we did not do a fully interactive digital version. They love the idea of our planners but they love their tech more!

Be Kind to yourself

Be Kind to yourself

Did you know that most people experience overwhelm and stress having to spend so much time working 'in' their business? As a result, they get frustrated not being able to:

Increase their revenue
Focus more on self-care
Grow and scale their businesses
Take much-needed breaks away from their businesses
Have more freedom in their businesses

You might be able to sympathise. In fact, I may have just described how you're feeling right now.
